Newport Pagnell Fishing Association, Video Collection

This first piece of video was shot today (23rd Feb 2011) on the River Great Ouse (North Bucks Weir)  The Environment Agency have employed contractors to dredge this stretch.  There is a very good shot on Signal Crayfish including an egg bound female)  Work is expected to continue for a few weeks, within the Newport Pagnell area.  As work progresses, I will post updates.  All video will be via Youtube, but links will be on this page.  This page is "work in progress", so watch this space ......

The Environment Agency have been trying to improve the spawning grounds of Barbel, in the shallows of the river Great Ouse.  A small team spent the day recently (12th November 2011) putting in 12 tonnes of clean gravel.  To see what was done, and how, please click the link below.
