4th April 2008 Tickets for the new season are now on sale at all the usual outlets. Don't forget, NPFA season starts from the 1st April, and our still waters are open all year round. There is np change to the cost. It's the same as last season.

15th December 2007. 300 3"-4"Crucian carp and 200 6"-8" mirror carp and common carp were stocked into the Kingfisher lake (the lake nearest the car park)

6th June 2007. MKAA Tickets are now available from the association secretary. You can save upto £7 by being a NPFA member (we are affiliated to MKAA). Costs are £23 for an adult (normal price £30) juniors are £11-50 (normal price £15). If you want one, please send a self addressed envelope, to Richard Dorrill (His details are on the inside cover of you season ticket.) plus cheque made out to :- "Newport Pagnell Fishing Association". Please don't forget to include your NPFA season ticket number, with your request.

10th March 2007. 2007/2008 New season tickets go on sale. All local tackle shops. Buy now, and start fishing now. Existing members, make sure you have your tickets by 1st April. Tight lines.
1st March 2007. 94 8"-10" carp have been stocked in the Kingfisher lake. The small lake, right next to the car park
12th Feb 2007. I have added a link to a local weather station, based in Cranfield (about 5 miles from the pits, as the crow flys) Cranfield Weather.
11th Feb 2007. Once again Sherington complex is in full flood. Today, I took the camera out, and you can see the results here. Apologies for the poor soundtrack. I'm still learning.
10th Jan 2007. The river and Sherington pit complex are in full flood, and fishing is out of the question, until levels drop. Newport Pagnell is on Red Flood alert. see picture here
11th March 2006. Season tickets for the coming season have been distributed to local retailers, and are on general sale. Prices remain unchanged from last season. These tickets are valid from 1st April 2006.

150 more fast growing carp have been
introduced into the complex (85 in the Big Pit, 85 in the Suntrap).
This completes this years stocking programme
20th Feb 2006. 800 small bream, and 120 fast growing carp have been stocked in our waters this winter, with more carp expected to be stocked in the next few weeks..
